Charles H. Stevens, age 67 of Shelbyville, KY died Monday September 10, 2007 at the Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville. He was a member of Simpsonville Baptist Church and Solomon's Lodge # 5 F&AM in Shelbyville. Survivors include: wife, Doris Stevens, Shelbyville; 2 daughters, Jeanette Mitchell, Cropper, KY and Kathy Cheak, Shelbyville; 2 step-daughters, Susan Stone and Linda Berryman both of Shelbyville; 6 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Jesse Satterly, Shelbyville. Funeral service 11:00 AM Thursday Shannon Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Boyd will officiate. Interment will follow in the Grove Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville. Visitation will be from 2-9 PM on Wednesday at Shannon Funeral Home.
