Woodrow "Woody" Briscoe, 88, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, in Shelbyville.   He is survived by brothers Paul Briscoe, of Finchville, and William E. Briscoe, of Shelbyville, and a sister, Mary Catherine Wilborn, of Shelbyville. The funeral is 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, at Shannon Funeral Home with the Rev. Ed Erwin officiating. Visitation is 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, at the funeral home.
