Voting

     16.     Every member present shall vote on all questions before the Lodge unless excused there from for
special reasons; provided that no brother shall vote in any matter when he is personally interested, nor
when he was not present when the vote was commenced being taken.


     17.
    
The W. M. or any member doubting the decision of the Lodge, may call for a count of the votes.

     18.     The vote on any question may be taken by ballot on the request of two brethren.
