Suspension

      Section 1:  After notice, report of delinquency and citation, a member owing two years'
dues may be suspended for nonpayment. If summons cannot after reasonable effort be served,
it may be sent in a registered letter to the brother's last known address. One month's time shall
intervene between notice and suspension, subject to the rulings of the Grand Lodge of
Kentucky, 1937.
