Restoration

Section 1:  A brother suspended for nonpayment of dues shall rest under the suspension
only until payment thereof shall be made. Payment of the amount owing up to the time he was
suspended shall restore him to membership without any action of the Lodge, but a notation of
the fact shall be made in
the minutes; provided, however, if he shall remain suspended for two
years or longer, he can be restored to good standing only on payment of the amount owing at
the time of his suspension, and re-election to membership by consent of three-fourths of the
members present - expressed by ballot after regular petition - which must be referred to and
reported on by a committee the same as any other petition for membership.
