Monies
Section 1:
Monies shall be paid out by consent
of Lodge signed by the Master, countersigned
by
the Secretary, except that during "refreshment" the Master may draw an order
countersigned as
above without vote of the Lodge as above for not exceeding $50.00 to relieve a
distressed member
or his family; nor more than $30.00 to assist a transient worthy Master Mason
(afflicted) brother
or his family.
