Members

      Section 1: Free members shall only be charged with dues and assessments required by
Grand Lodge.

      Section 2:  Free members are those who for a period of fifty years shall have been Master
Masons and affiliated with a Lodge, or Lodges, of Free and Accepted Masons in Kentucky,
which shall have paid Grand Lodge dues on such members for fully fifty years; also ministers
of the gospel and of the Jewish faith, who are engaged as such.
