Master

      Section 2: The Master, or in his absence a Warden, may cast the vote of this Lodge for
Directors of the Masonic Widows and Orphans' Home and the Old Mason's Home in person
or by proxy. He sees that the By-Laws, the regulations of the Grand Lodge and the ancient
usages of Masonry are enforced. He shall have authority to call special meetings when necessary.
