Master

      Section 2: The Master, or in his absence a Warden, may cast the vote of this Lodge for
Directors of the Masonic Homes of Kentucky or by proxy. He sees that the By-Laws, the regulations
of the Grand Lodge and the ancient usages of Masonry are enforced. He shall have authority to call
special meetings when necessary.
