contents shall be made by the W. M., the Secretary or the brother presenting it.

All committees shall make their report in writing, when proper to be written, signed by at least a

making a full report in writing of all debts contracted by it, together with written bills of the same, which
shall be filed by the Secretary.

     26.

When a committee has been appointed, the Secretary shall make a list of the members, together
with a copy of the instructions under which they are to act, and give them to the members first named on
the committee.
