Amendments

      Section 1: Amendments to By-Laws or Rules of Order, if proposed at a stated meeting,
laid over until the next stated meeting and adopted by a two-thirds majority and approved by
the Committee on By-Laws of the Grand Lodge, shall become part thereof.

    Section 2: A Rule of Order may be suspended temporarily by unanimous consent.

    Section 3: A Copy of By-Laws and Rules of the Order Kentucky Monitor, White Leather
Apron, to be presented each Brother on obtaining his Master Mason's Degree.
